This is Philippine drifter Ian King. His country is known for its Japanese nostalgic car scene, but he owns an E39 M5. As you can see, this hasn't kept him from burning tires up mountain passes - even when he's barefoot.
According to CustomPinoyRides.com, this video was just a spur-of-the-moment idea, and King didn't even bother getting shoes on before driving to the Caliraya Mountain pass where this was filmed. Adding to the coolness factor of the slides, King never pulled the handbrake during this video; he kicked the clutch to get the car sideways for every drift.
