Wert will be on CNBC's "On The Money" this evening, which starts at 7:00 PM (the unofficial "hit-time" is supposedly 7:30) — and let's work to see what new rules we can come up with as he defends Detroit's honor by helping Dylan Ratigan figure out whether or not a hybrid strategy can help the Motown automakers "stay alive."
