Meet Bil Baldwin. He's a flag marshal at Long Beach Formula Drift events. He has a Santa beard. He also has nerves of steel. Watch as drift cars tear by sideways, inches from his legs, and he doesn't even flinch.

Let's not patronize Bil. He's not the youngest man at the track, but that alone doesn't make him someone to be oohed and awed about. No, it's his attitude, both when he's marshalling and when he's around the rest of the event, humble and happy to be there.

That and he really does have an awesome beard.
