I think about 99% of the kids in America who listen to The Adicts do so because they saw their Clockwork Orange poster, but they did a really good job of nailing the one of punk music's weirder, poppier, free-form-ier moments around the late '70s and early '80s.

I mean, everyone was doing thrashing guitars and screaming lyrics. If you sounded like everybody else, you weren't a punk! More pop, more jokes, more...fiddle? That's how The Adicts did it.
