3rd Gear: Infiniti Shakes Everything Up

Johan de Nysschen, head of the Infiniti Q ship, has made some big changes in his upper management to help make the Infiniti brand a true global player.

de Nysschen raided competitors and former employer Audi in order to get the mix he wanted to transform the brand. Two notables are that American and Audi man Ian Bolin will be Chief Transformation Officer and Francois Goupil de Bouille is the new VP of Global Operation, That means that a majority of the new execs aren't Japanese, a huge change for the automaker.

4th Gear: Chrysler Is Big In Cali

For the second year in a row, Chrysler has been declared the fastest growing automaker in California. Sales grew by 50 percent in Cali last year, while the industry itself only grew by about 26 percent.

Each brand under the Chrysler umbrella grew by at least 38 percent. And this is a company that offers precisely 0 hybrids across its range. Interesting...

5th Gear: 2014 Dodge Durango: This Is A Small Portion Of It

I honestly forgot that the Durango was still a thing. Apparently it is, and it looks like it has new headlights. Oh, and new taillights. Exciting!
