Buried in the middle of most any giant automotive hoo-haa convention or show are the cutaways. Peering inside an engine or entire car sliced in half or at insane angles by way of a giant band saw is, in the words of Carl, freaking awesome. These inside-the-workings-of-an-engine shots come from the GM display out on the SEMA floor. If you don't have a Chebby 350 or old Stovebolt Six laying around, perhaps slicing the toaster oven down the middle and heading for the Kitchen and Desktop Appliances convention is the answer.
