NASCAR Team Slaps LeMons Sticker On Race Truck, Promptly Wrecks

We see quite a few NASCAR racers and crew at the South Carolina 24 Hours of LeMons events— apparently LeMons is a hot topic up in Charlotte— so it was inevitable that someone would LeMons-ize their "real" race machine.

And so future LeMons racer and Green Burton Motorsports #16 crew chief Tim Jenkins put a large 24 Hours of LeMons decal on the flank of his team's NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Chevy, for the North Carolina Education Lottery 200 at Charlotte Motor Speedway last weekend. In the words of LeMons Chief Perp Jay Lamm:

Just minutes into the race, Nelson Piquet Jr—aka "the Clay Bush of professional racing"—creamed Green Burton driver Wes Burton right-square in the decal, a maneuver that LeMons racers typically see from inside their own helmets.
