Tony Stewart is claiming Nascar honchos are fixing the sport with "bogus" flags in order to control the outcomes. To wit;
"I guess NASCAR thinks 'Hey, wrestling worked, and it was for the most part staged, so I guess it's going to work in racing, too.' I can't understand how long the fans are going to let NASCAR treat them like they're stupid before the fans finally turn on NASCAR. I don't know that they've run a fair race all year."
Hmmm. Since most fans see the sport as a longer version of baseball (an excuse to not mow the lawn/drink beer all day), we just don't think they'd care if Stewart's comments turn out to be true. Actually, the more we think about it, the more we realize just how much the sport would be improved if Cyndi Lauper, Mr. T and Liberace all got involved.
