What if the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety was taken over by Pixar? The boys at Rideroom brought to our attention this bit of online-media V-dubbery that explores the possibilities for such digital madness. It's a set of CGI-enhanced videos depicting crash tests involving a Jetta and sundry animals, vehicles and plant life (note particularly the Humpty Dumpty wall test, or the UFO t-bone, above). Consider it a light-hearted take on the company's jarring ads featuring Jettas unexpectedly slamming into things, leaving their drivers and passengers unhurt, directed by the ghost of Salvatore Salvador Dali.
