Not only are these guys racing in the streets at speeds up to 130 miles an hour with no belts or rollcages, it's all legal.

You're watching the Isle of Man 1990 Formula E Superkart Grand Prix Final thanks to the wonder of onboard cameras. The speeds these drivers are doing with double-digit horsepower is unreal.
