Honda and Disneyland Resort are pairing up like Donald Duck and his speech impediment to promote Honda's new Civic with a month-long sweepstakes. The companies will give away a 2006 Honda Civic to a guest at Disneyland or Disney's California Adventure each day, starting October 1. Park guests get a scratch-off card on entry, with finalists participating in a daily ceremony to award the car at a replica of "Space Mountain" in the Disneyland Resort Esplanade. The promotion is part of Disneyland's 50th anniversary and the re-launch of its "Space Mountain," scene of the Jalopnik Root-Beer Tragedy of 1979, which we'd rather not discuss, thanks.
