This weekend, our friggin' hometown of New York will get its first look at how the other half drives (Har, Muffy, I just kill me. Other half, pish!) when the city's first Concours d'Elegance auto show kicks off in Central Park. The Concours will feature a number of rare Jaguars, like the D-Type and C-Type racer (pictured), Ferraris 125 and 166MM (and a special, Ferrari-only day with more such specimens), a 1937 Mercedes-Benz 540K Special roadster a 1957 Maserati 300S, and many other pricey or priceless cars. The event will be held at the Park's Wollman Rink through October 2, though the only ice will be on the fingers of the car owners' wives, and in the martini shakers, natch.
