Ferrari went for a pair of turbochargers on its V8s in order to get more torque and burn less fuel, but sources say their V12s will remain naturally-aspirated with the benefits of an additional hybrid system just like in the LaFerrari.

Autocar reports that the F12 Berlinetta's replacement should use a 48 Volt hybrid system that will add instant torque delivery to the glorious V12's other capabilities, while all entry-level Ferraris will stay on the turbocharged path to satisfy all upcoming emission regulations.

Those looking for the purest V12 experience shouldn't worry since Lamborghini will be there and has no plans to go hybrid or turbo.
