My desire for an old Toyota Tercel burns strong, perhaps even stronger after watching Toyota itself hoon the crap out of one of their '80s 4WD station wagons.

This is a pair of ads for the Toyota Sprinter Carib (short for Caribou), which we got as the second-gen Tercel wagon. The straight-fours in these cars were still mounted longitudinally back in the first and second generations of the Tercel, making 4WD possible.
