The Dubai Police's Aventador, Veyron, and assorted other superluxury cars just got a new companion: a BMW i8 done up in the now-famous green and white livery.

I'm sure this move will significantly boost the police force's average MPG, though I have a feeling that's not why they got the car.

If anything, this is more evidence that the i8 is about as cool as a car gets these days, a supercar in image if not speed.
