What's The World's Weirdest Food Truck?

Food trucks seem like they'd be pretty straightforward: a box on wheels with an engine in the front and hot food for drunk people in the back.

But there are more than just taco trucks around these days. Now you can get all kinds of alt-cuisine food from a truck, like pulled pork over coleslaw over a waffle with a pickle on top. Mike Spinelli got some from Wafels and Dinges and said it wasn't fantastic.
