It's hard to tell if Mayor Bloomberg's new video is supposed to advertise NYC's new transportation policies or is setup to a porno that never gets to the sex, but we can see both featuring a slightly mad Ed Koch.
The real point of this video, other than to give cameos to various city officials, is to show off the city's new program allowing livery cabs to pick up people hailing on the street in outer boroughs. The award for worst/best acting either goes to either David Yassky, chairman of the Taxi and Limousine Commission (the guy in the black coat at the beginning), or Bloomberg for his in-car jams to Lady Gaga.
