Yes the base car is available however the car they set this “record” with is not that car. By all description it is a version of their TCR car made road legal in Sweden. (BTW you could make a Zamboni road legal in Sweden if you add blinkers and a horn). Read more
Hell here is a (estimated) 7:10 lap during a VLN race full tank of full, hard compound tires, with traffic! It’s just an estimated time as the VLN runs the combined GP circuit and Nordschleife, but in testing we were easily running in the mid 6:50 range.
