Doing the timing chains on my 3.6L Cadillac gave me heartburn, I couldn’t imagine what this would do to me plus the chain set, oil pump and gaskets for the Cadillac were $350. The relevant components for the S4 are $1500+ wholesale or it might be good to just swap an LS3 in there and call it a day
