For some reason, we're always being threatened by killer machines. When this time does come it'll likely be something like this Schilling Underwater ROV (Remote Operated Vehicle). Similar what James Ballard used to unearth the treasures of the Titanic, this ROV is the size of a Ford Focus and comes equipped with two robotic arms for taking care of difficult, deep-water tasks. The vehicle operates to 13,000 feet below the water's surface and tool around with 200 HP. For now, it's controlled by someone on a ship, but we fear what happens when we give it sentient power.
