Breathless Josh Oliver over at the source of a whole lot of stuff on GM let us know about some spy shots he's got of what appears to be a brand-spanking new 2008 Chevrolet Malibu. Although a new Chevy Malibu sporting the new-for-2008 re-design is exciting enough — it's also sporting what appears to be a "Hybrid" badge on the side. Did a reader of Josh's little site on the General actually come through with what appears to be shots of a true-blue hybrid car from GM to compete in the same class as the Camry and Accord hybrids? Although we knew it'd be coming — that'd be an American Revolution indeed.
