While it appears that the dash is partially disassembled, this car's fortunes are clearly on an uphill path. I've seen this Sierra driving on numerous occasions, and it appears that the body is getting some work now. No reason not to drive a project car! '89s are fairly rare, being the last year of the XR4Ti's North American availability, so it's worth fixing this one up.
