The president of the United States has flown around in a plane made by Boeing since the 1960s and a converted Cadillac has served as his official car since the 1990s. While the manufacturer of Air Force One is unlikely to change anytime soon, the provider of the state car might do. And this got us wondering about what car the new administration could pick for its vehicle of choice.

This was exactly the question we put to you last week when we asked what car should be the next presidential limo? Thankfully, you came back with a whole heap of answers, that ranged from stretched Tesla’s to high-power muscle cars.

Here, we’ve rounded up some serious suggestions and pranky pitches that you came back with. Got an idea for the perfect presidential limo but it’s not listed here? Let us know in the comments below.

“Obviously, it should be a Cybertruck.

“We would want Fuhrer Trump to be presented in the most reliable, most protected, and most prestigious vehicle in the world.

“[shut up... nobody tell him]”

Would this mean he’d never travel to Europe if his truck was banned over there?

“A stretched Tesla Model X would be an obvious choice.”

Does a stretched Model X have enormous gullwing doors, or just lots of normal-sized gullwing doors?

“Some excellent suggestions here and I am admittedly torn between Hearse, ‘60s Lincoln convertible, prison bus, Pinto, and an actual clown car (with POTUS accompanied by his cabinet), but I think this is the most practical.”

He even already has experience riding in one of these.
