Cars have lots of surfaces and textures. I’m thinking about how they feel against my hand!
I like how old cars have lots of surfaces. Fins and scoops and creases. They’re interesting to look at, and to touch.
I also like the insides of cars with regards to their tactility. It’s interesting to touch the different surfaces of a new car and get a sense of what was done well and what wasn’t. The leather headrests of a Mercedes S-Class. The plastic lower dash of a new Corvette.
