The P1 GTR is a car too extreme for not only street driving but also motorsport competition, being way too powerful for what sporting regulations allow. This leaves you the opportunity to drive the car with a McLaren service team running the show.
Basically, your $3+ million gets you a number of test sessions with the 2800 pound twin turbo monster.

It's McLaren testing the P1 GTR before it even goes to customers for their test sessions. You can see different tweaks to the body, from different color splitter supports to entirely different front fender vents and I'm sure a few other details I'm not noticing.
