I'm not sure if there's a better illustration than the inanity of road rage than the sight of these two belligerent morons battling for a place in a lane of traffic. The Audi seems to be the initial aggressor, but the Suzuku Wagon R (I think) doesn't exactly handle things like a rational non-simpleton.
This appears to have been shot in Taiwan. Part of me almost admires the smaller car's determination not to give up, but, really, let's think about what's at stake here. One car length. Twelve feet. That's it. Were this interaction have been conducted by a pair of driving humans instead of rage-addled howler monkeys with car keys, one car would have let the other into the lane, and they'd both be on their way. One car would be behind the other, and all would be right in the world.
But, as it stands, neither car is willing to give up their 12 feet of slowly moving real estate, so they push and bump into one another like a couple of drunk hippos. It's so needless, dangerous and stupid that I'm at a loss for words that aren't needless, dangerous, or stupid. There has to be more to this, right? I really hope it's not just about one car length. I hope someone slept with somebody's something, at least.
The traffic cops should force these two to be roommates for six months or until they either kiss or kill each other, whichever comes first.
