You're looking at the "Demon Rouge," a 1952 Fiat 8V rebodied in 1954 by Italian coachbuilding house Vignale under the direction of Italian coachbuilder Michelotti. It is, uh, interesting.

I've been bopping through Coachbuild.com and I haven't found a car I can reliably say is stranger than this wonderful mishmosh of '50s styling cues. Fins, wraparound front and rear windows, two-tone paint, inset front headlights, and a chrome strip or two.
