Spyker Cars' assets are going up for auction to settle outstanding tax debts, so you can finally own the ill-fated D8 SUV, along with a C8 racer, a slew of engines, and even an F1 car.

Spyker corporate is saying that the seizure of the assets was inevitable due to the outstanding debts, but CEO Victor Muller claims the issue has been resolved and that the auction won't happen. Left hand, meet right hand.

The auction comes nine months after Spyker's parent company, Spyker N.V., was pulled from the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange.
