The Sumo Power FIA GT1 GT-R doesn't share much in common with its street-legal cousin, at least not in the drivetrain department. The technorocket's V6 has been swapped for a 600 horsepower 5.5-liter V8 while the computer-controlled AWD's been chucked in favor of RWD.

Watching it launch at Goodwood through Bill Caswell's lens the differences seem unimportant. It's fast. It's loud. It's good.
