When people think "Muscle Cars" they think the Stars and Stripes, bald eagles, and small-town America. Sometimes, though, all you should think about is Down Under, as Australia's got plenty of muscle of its own.
The Holden Monaro has always been known as one of Australia's top offerings, going all the way back to 1968 when it was first introduced. This particular Monaro features the 308 cubic inch engine (that's 5.0L to us Moderners) and underwent an eight year restoration. Now if only I could get the hang of shifting with my left hand.
