This 1998 commercial for the W210 Mercedes-Benz E-Class has everything you'd want in short-form storytelling: a quick setup, a dramatic collision course between two characters, and an ironic twist. All that, plus a perfect tag line (it is an ad after all), wrapped up in 45 seconds. Not to mention that the racy plot, according to advertising lore, resulted in the ad being banned.
