Would You Buy The XF Estate Over The XF Saloon?

Here at Jalopnik, we extol the virtues of the station wagon. But would we put our money where our mouth is and buy the long-roofed version?

Welcome to Morning Would, where we present you with some of the most desirable, controversial cars ever built and ask what you would do to drive one.

There's a very good chance that we, as a community, would, and the reason that automakers won't give the US any wagons is because there just aren't enough of us. But then again, what if we appreciate the practicality and looks of the wagon, but would still rather have the one with the proper trunk and sloping roofline?

In some cases, the sedan version truly does look better than the wagon, and style certainly is something to consider. In other cases, though, the wagon is not only more practical but also better looking (I'm looking at you, Audi Avants).

So which camp does the XF fall into? Is the sedan better looking, or is the wagon just perfect? If Jaguar brought the XF Estate here, would you truly buy one (assuming you already want an XF)? Discuss below.
