Actor Tobey Maguire, who received a free Mercedes to use while filming The Great Gatsby II: Daisy's Bloody Revenge (no, just a remake of the original) in Australia, gave the car back because it had leather seats.
Australia's Daily Telegraph reports the 36-year-old Maguire had requested vinyl seats, but since it's not 1975, Mercedes delivered a car with seats fashioned from the stretched, dead skin of deceased cows, as per usual.
Apparently, like many other vegans, Maguire won't sit on anything with a face. (Thanks to Defender90 for the tip!)
