Ford is on a roll like an unhinged wrecking ball down Lombard Street with crazy cars right now, and the Ford GT is going to be their king. If you already figured that out, how about just an excuse to watch one wail around a track?
The GT is the hard-charging halo car and leader of the new Ford Performance lineup, which Ford promises will trickle tech down to their other vehicles you might actually be able to afford.
“We designed it as a race car first, and then we figured out how to put a license plate on it,” their man says in this video from XCar. That may or may not be true, but it sure sounds awesome. So does the car... and have you seen that thing in silver? I can’t get enough of it!
