Photographer Brad Trent spent a day with Jim Glickenhaus, the man behind the Ferrari P4/5 and Competizione, in his "top secret" New York (area) warehouse for a Bloomberg Markets photo shoot. Quoting Tina Fey, "I want to go to there."
But the real reason he's awesome? The bigger picture:
See the pod racer-looking thing on the right? That's the 1967 Ferrari 412P, chassis #0854. Glickenhaus is in the process of restoring it in the hope that it'll be at Pebble Beach next Summer.
See, Glickenhaus might be most well known for making Ferrari history with the P4/5 and the P4/5 Competizione, but the reason he should have a dear place in the hearts of any prancing stallion fan-boys is for this — his work to restore history.
