For those of us who know that cars say something about their owners, the right vehicle can bring a character to life on screen, from Bond's first Aston Martin through Garth's AMC Pacer. What's the best combination of car and character in a movie?
In the modern era, there's not been a combo better than Will Ferrell and the Toyota Prius beaten and shot to hell for "The Other Guys." From Mark Wahlberg's first comment — "I feel like we're literally driving around in a vagina" — through its use as a raccoon delivery room/pleasuredome for society's disenfranchised, the Prius becomes the perfect living embodiment of Ferrell's downtrodden cop. Even its jokes get great mileage. (Thanks to Cab Grumble for the QOTD.)
