Sometime around 1837, Larry King Live debuted on CNN. This year, a famous Brit mainly known in the States for being a cut-rate Simon Cowell replaced King. With which newer British car would you replace your classic American car?

Lets face it, British cars haven't been known as reliable follow-ups to aging American iron. But sometimes—after so many years looking at the same fascia—you just need a change of scenery; reliability (or ratings) be damned. Which British cars from the last 45 years (the current age of King's replacement Piers Morgan) would be worth putting your American classic out to pasture?
