It's hard not to be nostalgic for old race cars. Sometimes all it takes is a pic of a McLaren or Lola and your funny place tingles. Oh what the hell. What 1970s race car does it for you?

The power output of a Can-Am car, like the turbocharged, flat-12 Porsche 917/10's 1,000 horsepower for example, was a truly terrifying prospect, even for a seasoned driver like the late Mark Donohue.
