It's been a good week for those of us champing at the bit to learn more about the Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus 003C. We've heard it start, watched video of it on the track, and discovered that the road version will be powered by a twin-turbocharged W12. Now we have photos. Oh yes, we have photos.

The shots were taken at the Vairano proving grounds just outside of Naples, Italy, where Jim Glickenhaus and his crew were shaking the SCG003C down. Former F1, WTCC, and DTM driver Nicola Larini was at the helm to help tune the Honda-based Autotecnica Motori TTV6, gearbox, electronics, and chassis. Now the team is heading out to other tracks around Europe for testing in the run up to its race debut at the Nürburgring VLN Championship and the 24 hours.

Hi

At the 24 Hours of Nurburgring we will run in EXP1.

We are totally with the GT3 rules and have endeavored to use ideas from LMP1 that are allowed under GT rules to come up with something that we think will be ver aerodynamically efficient and utilize the GT3 HP allowed well.

We will build road versions but I'm not sure that we will be able to sell the now required 1000 units to Homologate as GT3 for Le Mans.

We have met with the ACO and are considering, assuming some road sales, of Designing, Engineering and building an Evo of SCG 003c, SCG LMP1.

You never know...
