While the rest of us have been glued to our various terrible livestreams trying to watch the 12 Hours of Sebring, World Rally Championship driver Mads Østberg had something different in mind for his Saturday: attempting to set a new world record for the longest jump on snow in a rally car.
It looks like he pulled it off with a 60-meter jump today in Trysil, Norway, driving his Ford Fiesta WRC car, according to the WRC's official Twitter feed. That's nearly 200 feet for us non-metric system users.

The jump reportedly falls short of Travis Pastrana's famous 269-foot record jump on New Year's Eve 2009, but it is a snow record. Good show, Mads! Hopefully we'll get even more video of this soon.
