Watch These Two KTMs Turn This Coal Mine Into Their Playground

Last time I checked, a KTM Freeride, an abandoned Polish coal mine, and a riding buddy were the recipe for a fairly spectacular afternoon.

This coal mine was the site for the Red Bull 111 Megawatt Hard Enduro Challenge earlier this year, and they decided to go back with two of their riders on two ok KTM’s latest and greatest. This video makes enduro riding look awesome but, before you get any bright ideas, I’d watch the ones linked above to see the sort of crazy madness these guys compete in.

Lots of KTM Freeride E videos have centered around riders doing more mountain bike things, but this video makes it clear that it can hold it’s own as a dirt bike as well. Filling the role in KTM’s electric offering in their nimble Freeride line, the KTM Freeride E makes 22 horsepower and 30 foot-pounds of torque and weighs in at just 238 pounds.
