Trucks rolling over at the Baja 1000 are nothing new. It's almost as if the entire course is designed by Mother Nature just to make that happen. Those tend to be just uncontrolled insane debacles, however, rather than things of beauty, and art. So why not do one on purpose?
While we're still trying to figure out what caused the tragic and untimely death of Kurt Caselli, be it booby-trapped or just an accident, we should remember that the Baja 1000 is still an incredible race that's usually just plain fun. Thankfully, we have Adrian Cenni for that.
We saw Adrian practicing for the run earlier this week, but practice is never as good as the real thing.
His truck just absolutely launches, flying through the air at what looks like a height of more than 20 feet. Holy crap.
Oh, also, BJ Baldwin just took the checkered flag. So, uh, spoiler alert, I guess.
