Watch A Russian Drug Addict Drive Like A Nut Job In A Stolen Car

This might just be me, but I tend to think you need to be semi-coherent to drive a car. I'm also against stealing cars. This guy in Russia, who is apparently a drug addict, doesn't seem to agree with me on either count.

This video claims that the man stole a police car while high as something that flies. A kite? Let's go with a kite. I do take umbrage with saying that's a cop car. It definitely doesn't look like one, but then again we've seen cops get out of Mazda3's after crashes in Russia, so anything is possible.

He's basically freaking out the entire time. I do find the two camera setup odd, since we've never seen that in one of these videos before. However, I'll let it slide because this is quite entertaining.
