Warren Zevon is one of the great American songwriters with some of the most haunting and beautiful songs that you’ll ever hear. Unfortunately, Zevon was scared of doctors and never went. Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with inoperable cancer shortly before this appearance on David Letterman, and died not too long after. We really lost one of the greats.
