A cryptic statement from a Volkswagen spokesman has piqued the curiosity of west-coast concept-car watchers. According to VW press rep, Tony Fouladpour, the company will unveil a concept at the Los Angeles auto show in January that may not have four wheels and may go into production. The concept in question was designed by VW's new California-based design team, which may or may not be holed up in a Malibu beach house with a new-age guru named Buah, Gary Busey's vitamin B-12 supplier and several rogue member of Cirque d'Soleil. Oh, and it's "not a motorcycle." So how many wheels does that leave? Three? Six? Five?
