According to Wikipedia, Volvo only built 8,518 780s total, so we're looking at a fairly rare machine here.
The B230FT engine made 175 turbocharged horses for the big Volvo coupe. Looks like a lucky junkyard shopper has already harvested the turbo-related goodies.
Not so rare that you don't see them on a 24 Hours of LeMons track, though! The white 780 visible in the first 30 seconds or so of this video proved quite fast at Altamont, though not particularly reliable.
