Departing Southwest Flight 449 was just clipped on the winglet by a a returning American Airlines plane as it headed to the terminal at LaGuardia Airport, according to multiple reports.

It's not too serious and no one was injured. It's not that clipping a wing isn't bad, it definitely is, but plane's don't absolutely need winglets to fly, and this flight was still on the ground. It's just that planes generally don't fly with a broken one.

There are likely a few delays as the all 143 passengers were taken off the Southwest plane and the incident is investigated. That shouldn't be too big of a problem, right? No one is traveling this week, I'm pretty sure.

No one at all.
