The Porsche Museum is home to about 600 significant and wonderful Porsches. And now they are restoring the 57th 911, the oldest one that is in their collection. This is how they will do it.
The 57th 911 has appeared in a number of Porsche films and is one of their more significant cars. Right now, it's a shell of its former self. Literally. There's just a shell.
But as this is a very important car for the brand, the people at the Porsche Museum are going to take the time to bring the once lovely early 911 back to its former glory. They want to keep it as original as possible. Thankfully, Porsche has the means to make that happen. They say that the result will be sensational... can't wait to see it.
