Parallel parking is tricky, and especially on hills. Once you've figured out how to stuff your car into a space sideways, you have to (or should) find someplace to lodge your tires to keep the car from rolling down the hill when you've left it behind.
Whoever was driving this Corolla found something alright. There's no way the car will roll anywhere with a Honda and parking meter under the back wheels. This, folks, is San Francisco parking asshattery at its best; or worst, depending upon whether or not you own the silver Honda this silver Toyota has just attacked and collapsed upon in an exhausted, jealous heap.
Still, we can't talk too much trash. The car is parked away from traffic and isn't rolling anywhere. That's most of what parking is all about anyway, right?
