This Is How Absurdly Difficult It Was To See At The 12 Hours Of Sebring

The 12 Hours of Sebring this year was as wet and wild as it gets, but what did that look like in the car? Fortunately for those of you who weren’t watching an in-car stream, here’s footage of the No. 66 Ford GT right before it slid into a tire wall. It’s hard to see where the track even goes when it rains this hard.

Welcome to Onboard of the Week, a feature where we spend that pesky time between races looking at awesome footage from inside the car.

No wonder there were so many yellow flags. The spray that’s kicked up by other cars alone is blinding.

This No. 66 Ford GT, driven by Dirk Müller, seemed to attract all of the Ford Chip Ganassi Racing team’s bad luck this year. The No. 66 eats the barrier at the end of this video, which cost the team a lot of time in the pits to repair. It ultimately finished in 8th place in the GTLM class.
